Cake making and Decoration is a Science based on precision and an Art that allows your creativity to shine by using the different frosting method and other edibles decorative elements to create a Master piece.

During this Training, we seek to take interested Students with little or no skill, through the basic process of Cake Making and Decorations.
At the end of the training students are able to convert, weigh and take measurements with a measuring scale, measuring cups & spoons. Students are able to arrange, trim and cover cakes in Butter Icing & Fondant and creatively decorate a cake with different techniques and their ascent.

- Students should be able to measure properly with a digital scale.
- Students should be able to trim cakes and crumb coat properly.
- Students should be able to make and frost cakes using butter cream and butter cream techniques.
- Students should be able to stack and dowel tiered cakes using fondant icing and fondant techniques.
- Students should be able to make use of different kinds of molds using pastilage or fondant.
- Students should be able to identify cakes and its varieties.
