Cake Making

Cake making and Decoration is a Science based on precision and an Art that allows your creativity to shine by using the different frosting method and other edibles decorative elements to create a Master piece.

During this Training, we seek to take interested Students with little or no skill, through the basic process of Cake Making and Decorations. At the end of the training students are able to convert, weigh and take measurements with a measuring scale, measuring cups &spoons. Students are able to arrange, trim and cover cakes in Butter Icing & Fondant and creatively decorate a cake with different techniques and their ascent.
