Cake making and decoration are one of the ‘Sugar Arts” that uses icing or frosting and other edible decorative elements to make plain cakes more visually interesting.

In the space of 2 weeks, we seek to take interested Students with little or no skill, through the basic process of Cake Making and Decorations. At the end of the training students are able to take measurements with a measuring scale, measuring cups & spoons; cover cakes in butter icing & Fondant and to creatively beautify a cake using fondant & butter icing techniques
